This course will be used by Caroline for her ILT resources on Moodle 

Used for BEIT Moodle staff training sessions.

A number of individual similar courses have been set up to enable staff to investigate such features as managing students, quizzes, feedbacks, choices, assignments, rated and Q/A forums etc.

They do this in groups with a staff member as course designer and the remainder of the group as students. This enables them to experience all aspects such as grading, assignment feedback, exporting results, analysing feedback results, live aspects of forum postings etc etc.

The same courses will be reused.

This course is used for ongoing Moodle training primarily within the BEIT faculty at Camborne though other users are welcome and can be enrolled on request. It is designed to follow an initial face to face session and give an introductory tour of Moodle so that staff can experience some of the functions and features available to students. This should enable them to plan how to implement Moodle in their own area and select the features useful to them.
