Q - Can I put music from my CDs onto my podcasts?
A - In short, the answer is no as the music will be copyrighted, there are sites which allow you to use download and use copyright free music, but you should also check the terms and conditions as these vary depending on how you intend to use the podcast. Q - How do I know if a site offers podcasting feeds?
A - The site will generally have an RSS symbol on the page.
Q - How do I subscribe to podcasting feeds?
A - You will need to have some software on your computer which can manage the feeds and tell you when new ones are available. There are lots available, you can find a list of some at Podcasting Software
Q - Do I have to pay for podcasts?
A - There may be some sites which charge, but generally most sites offer them for free.
Q - How do I listen to a podcast?
A - If you have ITunes, Quicktime or Windows Media player installed on your computer, you can listen to Podcasts. There are other media players which are free, a quick search on Google will soon find some, or alternatively you can save MP3 files to your computer and put on an MP3/4 player or devices such as a mobile phone.
