Bricklaying

Bricklayers are responsible for setting out buildings using blocks, bricks and mortar in accordance with approved construction plans. Bricklayers also build and repair walls, chimney stacks, tunnel linings and decorative work such as archways. They might also refurbish brickwork and masonry on restoration projects.
